Gaussian Fluctuations for the Stochastic Landau-Lifshitz Navier-Stokes Equation in Dimension
Sotiris Kotitsas, Marco Romito, Zhilin Yang +1
We revisit the large-scale Gaussian fluctuations for the stochastic Landau-Lifshitz Navier-Stokes equation (LLNS) at and above criticality, using the method in \cite{CGT24}. With t…
SciNoBo : A Hierarchical Multi-Label Classifier of Scientific Publications
Nikolaos Gialitsis, Sotiris Kotitsas, Haris Papageorgiou
Classifying scientific publications according to Field-of-Science (FoS) taxonomies is of crucial importance, allowing funders, publishers, scholars, companies and other stakeholder…
An Empirical Study on Large-Scale Multi-Label Text Classification Including Few and Zero-Shot Labels
Ilias Chalkidis, Manos Fergadiotis, Sotiris Kotitsas +3
Large-scale Multi-label Text Classification (LMTC) has a wide range of Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications and presents interesting challenges. First, not all labels are…
Embedding Biomedical Ontologies by Jointly Encoding Network Structure and Textual Node Descriptors
Sotiris Kotitsas, Dimitris Pappas, Ion Androutsopoulos +2
Network Embedding (NE) methods, which map network nodes to low-dimensional feature vectors, have wide applications in network analysis and bioinformatics. Many existing NE methods…
