Suppression of Stimulated Raman Scattering and Hot Electrons Generation due to Langmuir Decay Instability Cascade and Langmuir Collapse
Q. S. Feng, C. Y. Zheng, Z. J. Liu +4
Backward stimulated Raman scattering (BSRS) with Langmuir decay instability (LDI) and Langmuir collapse has been researched by Vlasov simulation for the first time. The decay produ…
Harmonics Effect on Ion-Bulk Waves in CH Plasmas
Q. S. Feng, C. Y. Zheng, Z. J. Liu +4
The harmonics effect on ion-bulk (IBk) waves has been researched by Vlasov simulation. The condition of excitation of a large-amplitude IBk waves is given to explain the phenomenon…
Fluid nonlinear frequency shift of nonlinear ion acoustic waves in multi-ion species plasmas in small wave number region
Q. S. Feng, C. Z. Xiao, Q. Wang +4
The properties of the nonlinear frequency shift (NFS) especially the fluid NFS from the harmonic generation of the ion-acoustic wave (IAW) in multi-ion species plasmas have been re…
Excitation of nonlinear ion acoustic waves in CH plasmas
Q. S. Feng, C. Y. Zheng, Z. J. Liu +3
Excitation of nonlinear ion acoustic wave (IAW) by an external electric field is demonstrated by Vlasov simulation. The frequency calculated by the dispersion relation with no damp…
