Directed tunneling of a prescribed number of dipolar bosons in shaken triple-well potentials
Xiaobing Luo, Yueming Wang, Xiaoguang Yu +4
We propose a scheme for precise control of tunneling dynamics of dipolar bosons in shaken triple-well potentials. In the high-frequency regimes and under the resonance conditions,…
Stabilities of one-dimensional stationary states of Bose-Einstein condensates
Wenhua Hai, Guishu Chong, Jianwen Song
We explore the dynamical stabilities of a quasi-one dimensional (1D) Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) consisting of fixed atoms with time-independent external potential. For the…
Physical solution of 1D quantum N-boson system with zero-range pair interaction
Wenhua Hai, Guishu Chong, Qiongtao Xie
The mathematically exact solution of a one-dimensional (1D) quantum N-identical-boson system with zero-range pair interaction has been well known. We find that this solution is non…
Propagation, breathing and transition of matter-wave packet trains
Wenhua Hai, Chaohong Lee, Guishu Chong
We find a set of new exact solutions of a quantum harmonic oscillator, which describes some wave-packet trains with average energy being proportional to both the quantum level and…
