Observations of Near-Earth Optical Transients with the Lomonosov Space Observatory
V. M. Lipunov, E. S. Gorbovskoy, V. G. Kornilov +8
The results of observations with the MASTER-SHOK robotic wide-field optical cameras onboard the Lomonosov Space Observatory carried out in 2016 are presented. In all, the automated…
Search for extreme energy cosmic ray candidates in the TUS orbital experiment data
S. V. Biktemerova, A. A. Botvinko, N. P. Chirskaya +27
TUS (Track Ultraviolet Setup) is the first space experiment aimed to check the possibility of registering extreme energy cosmic rays (EECRs) at E>50 EeV by measuring the fluorescen…
The TUS detector of extreme energy cosmic rays on board the Lomonosov satellite
P. A. Klimov, M. I. Panasyuk, B. A. Khrenov +23
The origin and nature of extreme energy cosmic rays (EECRs), which have energies above the 50 EeV, the Greisen-Zatsepin-Kuzmin (GZK) energy limit, is one of the most interesting an…
First results from the TUS orbital detector in the extensive air shower mode
B. A. Khrenov, P. A. Klimov, M. I. Panasyuk +26
TUS (Tracking Ultraviolet Set-up), the first orbital detector of extreme energy cosmic rays (EECRs), those with energies above 50 EeV, was launched into orbit on April 28, 2016, as…
