Abstract
In this paper we develop a theory of Grothendieck's six operations of lisse-étale constructible sheaves on Artin stacks which are locally of finite type over suitable regular basis of dimension at most 1.
We improve the previous version generalizing the constructions to all stacks locally of finite type over suitable basis. Some typos have been corrected
