Dynamics in two complex dimensions

Abstract

We describe results on the dynamics of polynomial diffeomorphisms of ${\mathbf{C}}^2$ and draw connections with the dynamics of polynomial maps of $\mathbf{C}$ and the dynamics of polynomial diffeomorphisms of ${\mathbf{R}}^2$ such as the Hénon family.
