Surgery formula for torsions and Seiberg-Witten invariants of 3-manifolds

Abstract

We give a surgery formula for the torsions and Seiberg-Witten invariants associated with $Spi{n}^c$-structures on 3-manifolds. We use the technique of Reidemeister-type torsions and their refinements.
