Generalized Riemann - Liouville fractional derivatives for multifractal sets

Abstract

The Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals and derivatives are generalized for cases when fractional exponent $d$ are functions of space and times coordinates (i.e. $d=d(\mathbf{r}(t),t)$).
