Abstract

An explicit expression is suggested for the average $<U_{ij}{U}_{kl}^{†}>$ over the unitary group $SU(N)$ with the Itzykson-Zuber measure $[dU]\exp \mathrm{tr}\Phi U\Psi U^{†}$
