Do the SuperKamiokande atmospheric neutrino results explain electric charge quantisation?

Abstract

We show that the SuperKamiokande atmospheric neutrino results explain electric charge quantisation, provided that the oscillation mode is $\hat{I}{½}_{\hat{I}}¼\to \hat{I}{½}_{\ddot{I}}„$ and that the neutrino mass is of Majorana type.
