QCD Corrections and Anomalous Couplings in $Z{\hat{I}}^3$ Production at Hadron Colliders

Abstract

The processes $pp/pbarp\to Z{\hat{I}}^3+X\to {\ell }^{+}{\ell }^{-}{\hat{I}}^3+X$ ($\ell =e,\hat{I}¼$) and $pp/pbarp\to Z{\hat{I}}^3+X\to \bar{\hat{I}}½\hat{I}½{\hat{I}}^3+X$ are calculated to $\mathcal{O}(\hat{I}{\pm }_s)$ for general $ZZ{\hat{I}}^3$ and $Z{\hat{I}}^3{\hat{I}}^3$ couplings. The impact of $\mathcal{O}(\hat{I}{\pm }_s)$ QCD corrections on the observability of $ZZ{\hat{I}}^3$ and $Z{\hat{I}}^3{\hat{I}}^3$ couplings in $Z{\hat{I}}^3$ production at the Tevatron and the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is discussed.
