Determination of Vtd/Vts within the Standard Model

Abstract
We propose a new method to extract the value of |Vtd/Vts| from the ratio of the decay distributions dBr/ds[B->Xd l^+ l^-}] and dBr/ds[B Xs l^+ l^-].
