Abstract
The cross section of the process is calculated. It is shown that near threshold the pseudoscalar state production is much suppressed with respect to the vector one. At large energies their ratio becaims . The process of heavy quark recombination dominates in the production of states. The fragmentation process comes to play at high values only, while its contribution will remain nondominant.
