Abstract

Recently the SuperKamiokande collaboration have claimed that their data exclude the $\hat{I}{½}_{\hat{I}}¼-->\hat{I}{½}_s$ solution to the atmospheric neutrino anomaly at more than 99% C.L. We critically examine this claim.
