Towards a measurement of ${\varphi }_3$

Abstract

Results on the decays $B^{-}\to D_{CP}{K}^{-}$, $\overline{B^0}\to D^{(\ast )0}{\bar{K}}^{(\ast )0}$, $B^0\to D^{\ast \mp }{\pi }^{\pm }$ and their charge conjugates using data collected at the ${\rm Y}(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric $e^{+}{e}^{-}$ storage ring are reported. The implications for the determination of the weak phase ${\varphi }_3$ are discussed.
