Abstract

In this talk I will review the recent experimental status of $σ (e^{+} e^{-} \to ha d r o n s)$ at $s < 10 G e V$ and the prospects for the future. The influence on $α_{QE D} (M_{Z}^{2})$ and $(g - 2)_{μ}$ is also discussed.
