Abstract
Let be an annulus. We prove that the mean field equation $-Δψ=\frac{e\sp{-βψ}}{\int\sbΩe\sp{-βψ}} $ admits a solution with zero boundary for . This is a supercritical case for the Moser-Trudinger inequality.
