Twisted Correlators from Harmonic Superspace
arXiv:2610.28722
Abstract
We establish a harmonic superspace formulation for orbifolds of super-Yang-Mills (SYM) theory. We account for the orbifold projection by introducing topological defect lines to the planar supergraphs of SYM. These twist lines are sourced by twisted sector operators, transparent to vector multiplets but generate orbifold phases when crossed by bifundamental hypermultiplet fields. This formalism establishes a refinement of the orbifold inheritance principle at supergraph level. As a direct application, we compute leading twist-dependent corrections to BPS two- and three-point functions, finding agreement with localisation results in extremal cases and generating new data for non-extremal correlators. We further map these corrections to finite-size effects in the twisted hexagon formalism. This opens a path towards an all-order integrability prescription of orbifold structure constants.
