Charged Lepton Flavor Violation: A Theory Overview

Abstract
We present a theory-oriented overview of the significance of charged-lepton flavor violation -- one of the cleanest windows onto physics beyond the Standard Model. We also summarize the current experimental landscape and illustrate how different measurements can diagnose the underlying new physics.
