Stein degree over fields of characteristic zero

Abstract

We show that the Stein degree of horizontal divisors on generalised log Calabi-Yau fibrations or certain vertical divisors of Fano type fibrations over arbitrary fields of characteristic zero is bounded by constants that are independent on the ground field.
