A Note on Narrow Systems

Abstract

We examine the relationship between trees and narrow systems. In particular, we prove that if a tree of height $\kappa$ admits a narrow subsystem, it must contain a well-pruned subtree of height $\kappa$. We extend these results to two-cardinal trees.
