Boundedness of Stein degrees in positive characteristics

Abstract
In this paper, we prove Shokurov's conjecture in relative dimension -case in sufficiently large characteristics. Depending on this result, we prove the boundedness of Stein degrees for horizontal boundaries in a log Calabi-Yau fibration in sufficiently large characteristics.
