Isospectral and not strongly isospectral spherical space forms with non-cyclic fundamental group

Abstract

We construct the first examples of isospectral but not strongly isospectral spherical space forms with non-cyclic fundamental groups. We obtain infinitely many such pairs with isomorphic fundamental groups of Type I.
