A cofibrant model of Waldhausen K-theory

Abstract
This paper gives some technical results about cofibrant symmetric spectra of simplicial sets, and uses them to produce a model of the -theory of a Waldhausen category that lands in the subcategory of (projective) cofibrant spectra.
