Schur bounded patterns and submajorisation

Abstract
We characterise the Schur bounded patterns of ideals of compact operators that are not closed under submajorisation, in particular the Schatten ideals with Conversely we characterise the ideals that are not closed under submajorisation by their Schur bounded patterns.
