Influencia de fatores organizacionais e sociais na etapa de levantamento de requisitos

Abstract

The most critical and fragile stage of a software development project is requirements gathering. Because of this, Requirements Engineering has been evolving its techniques to minimize the challenges faced by Requirements Analysts. However, few studies consider the humanistic relationships and behaviors of those involved in this stage. This article presents a survey of some studies conducted at this stage that consider non-technical factors such as emotions, organizational environment, and social context.
