Exponential bounds for monochromatic sums equal to products

Abstract

We show that any $r$-coloring of $\{1,...,r^{r^{r^{3r}}}\}$ contains monochromatic sets $\{a,b,a+b,x,y,xy\}$ with $a+b=xy.$
