Abstract

In this article, We introduce a condition that is both necessary and sufficient for a linear code to achieve minimality when analyzed over the rings .The fundamental inquiry in minimal linear codes is the existence of a minimal linear code where is less than or equal to . W. Lu et al. ( see \cite{nine}) showed that there exists a positive integer such that for a minimal linear code of length and dimension over a finite field must exist. They give the upper and lower bound of . In this manuscript, we establish both an upper and lower bound for and within the ring and respectively.

The submission was made prematurely. The manuscript was uploaded before completing essential experiments and validations. Because the current version is incomplete and not suitable for public dissemination, we request withdrawal
