Abstract

Let be a minimal compact complex surface with Betti numbers and i.e. a compact surface in class VII. We show that if there exists a twisted logarithmic 1-form , where is a non zero divisor and , then is a Kato surface. It is known that is in fact real and we show that and unique if is not a Inoue-Hirzebruch surface. Moreover if and only if is a Enoki surface. When these conditions are equivalent to the existence of a negative PSH function on the cyclic covering of which is PH outside with automorphy constant being the same automorphy constant for a suitable automorphism of . With previous results obtained with V.Apostolov it suggests a strategy to prove the GSS conjecture.
