Abstract
Let and be positive integers. Write . The generalized Hamming graph is the graph whose vertex set is the cartesian product of copies of (), where two vertices are adjacent if their Hamming distance is at most . In particular, is the well-known Hamming graph and is the hypercube. In 2006, Chandran and Kavitha described the asymptotic value of , where denotes the treewidth of . In this paper, we give the exact pathwidth of and show that when goes to infinity. Based on those results, we show that the treewidth of the bipartite Kneser graph is when is sufficiently large relative to and the bounds of are given. Moreover, we present the bounds of the treewidth of the generalized Petersen graph.
