Automatic continuity of biorthogonality preservers between compact C${}^{\ast }$-algebras and von Neumann algebras

Abstract

We prove that every biorthogonality preserving linear surjection between two dual or compact C${}^{\ast }$-algebras or between two von Neumann algebras is automatically continuous.
