On Cohen--Macaulay modules over the Weyl algebra

Abstract

We propose a definition of Cohen--Macaulay modules over the Weyl algebra $D$ and give a sufficient condition for a GKZ $A$-hypergeometric $D$-module to be Cohen--Macaulay.
