Bubbling of Kähler-Einstein metrics

Abstract

We prove the finite step termination of bubble trees for singularity formation of polarized Kähler-Einstein metrics in the non-collapsing situation. We also raise several questions and conjectures in connection with algebraic geometry and Riemannian geometry.
