Helicity amplitude analysis of $\ddot{I}{‡}_{cJ}\to \ddot{I}•\ddot{I}•$

Abstract

Using (447.9 $\pm$ 2.3) million $\ddot{I}ˆ$(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector, the decays of $\ddot{I}{‡}_{cJ}\to \ddot{I}•\ddot{I}•$ ($J$=0, 1, 2) have been studied via the decay $\ddot{I}ˆ(3686)\to {\hat{I}}^3\ddot{I}{‡}_{cJ}$. The branching fractions of the decays $\ddot{I}{‡}_{cJ}\to \ddot{I}•\ddot{I}•$ ($J$=0, 1, 2) are determined to be $(8.48\pm 0.26\pm 0.27)\times 10^{-4}$, $(4.36\pm 0.13\pm 0.18)\times 10^{-4}$, and $(13.36\pm 0.29\pm 0.49)\times 10^{-4}$, respectively, which are the most precise measurements to date. From a helicity amplitude analysis of the process $\ddot{I}ˆ(3686)\to {\hat{I}}^3\ddot{I}{‡}_{cJ},\ddot{I}{‡}_{cJ}\to \ddot{I}•\ddot{I}•,\ddot{I}•\to K^{+}{K}^{-}$, the polarization parameters of the $\ddot{I}{‡}_{cJ}\to \ddot{I}•\ddot{I}•$ decays are determined for the first time.
