Constructing groups of type $F{P}_2$ over fields but not over the integers

Abstract

We construct examples of groups that are $F{P}_2(\mathbb{Q})$ and $F{P}_2(\mathbb{Z}/p\mathbb{Z})$ for all primes $p$ but not of type $F{P}_2(\mathbb{Z})$.
