Mode analysis of cosmological perturbations with the -model -attractor inflaton potentials

Abstract
We have carried out detailed -mode analysis of single-inflaton slow-roll inflationary perturbations including quantum fluctuations by setting up non-linear coupled differential equations of inflaton field (), its perturbation () and the metric perturbation (the Bardeen potential, ), and calculated the number of e-folds (), scalar spectral index (), tensor spectral index (), scalar power spectrum (), tensor power spectrum (), tensor-to-scalar ratio () and the Hubble parameter () for different values at the horizon crossing. In these calculations we have employed the -model -attractor potentials which are found to display slow-roll behaviour. The values of and obtained by us are consistent with those given by the well-known universal -attractor formulae. We got and at Planck unit for the value of the potential parameter . These can be compared with the Planck-2018 data viz., at CL, at CL and ACT-2020 data viz., at CL.
