Abstract
In this article, we study the scalar-diquark-scalar-diquark-antiquark type pentaquark state with the QCD sum rules, the predicted mass is in excellent agreement with the experimental data $ 4458.8 \pm 2.9 {}^{+4.7}_{-1.1} \mbox{ MeV}$ from the LHCb collaboration, and supports assigning the to be the hidden-charm pentaquark state with the spin-parity . We take into account the flavor mass-breaking effect, and estimate the mass spectrum of the diquark-diquark-antiquark type pentaquark states with the strangeness .
