Ferroelectric gating of the PL in MoSe2

Abstract
We demonstrate a 2D ferroelectric heterostructure with monolayer MoSe and CuInPS (CIPS). In the heterostructure, the electric polarization of CIPS results in c electronic modulation in monolayer MoSe.
