Improved decoupling for the parabola

Abstract

We prove an $(l^2,l^6)$ decoupling inequality for the parabola with constant $(\log R{)}^c$. In the appendix, we present an application to the six-order correlation of the integer solutions to $x^2+y^2=m$.
