Abstract

In this note we prove that the Fourier-Mukai transform ${\Phi }_{\mathcal{U}}$ induced by the universal family of the moduli space ${\mathcal{M}}_{{\mathbb{P}}^2}(4,1,3)$ is not fully faithful.
