Abstract

The aim of this paper is to study the dimensions and standard part maps between the field of -adic numbers and its elementary extension in the language of rings . We show that for any -definable set , . Let be convex hull of over , and $\text{\st}: V\rightarrow {{\mathbb Q}_p}$ be the standard part map. We show that for any -definable function , there is definable subset such that has no interior, and for all , either and is constant, or . We also prove that for every definable .
