Generic measures for translation surface flows

Abstract
We consider straight line flows on a translation surface that are minimal but not uniquely ergodic. We give bounds for the number of generic invariant probability measures.
In this version there is a more complete proof of the main theorem. It is based on associating to generic measures certain subsets section 5 and the counting is done in section 6
