Augmented and restricted base loci of cycles

Abstract
We introduce augmented and restricted base loci of cycles and we study the positivity properties naturally defined by these base loci.
15 pages; v2: minor change adding the case k=n-1; v3: major improvement following referee's indication of using push-forwards of complete intersections under finite flat maps and how this allows to extend the results.
