Abstract

In this note, we give a geometric realization of the wheel conditions initiated by Feigin-Odesskii through the K-theoretic Hall algebra on the affine plane.

After this draft was posted to the arXiv, the geometric trick for the quiver case was extensively studied, far more so than the general surface case. The author revised it to explain the details of this trick better
