Bloch--Kato conjectures for automorphic motives

Abstract

We prove a special case of the Bloch-Kato conjecture for adjoint motives associated to modular abelian surfaces.

This will be published as an appendix to "Minimal modularity lifting for non-regular symplectic representations" and will appear in Duke Math
