Heavy resonances (W', Z', jets) in ATLAS and CMS in Run 2

Abstract

An overview of the searches for heavy resonances that decay to leptons or quarks is presented. The results are based on the data collected by the ATLAS and CMS experiments in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13\text{TeV}$, and include for the first time the entire LHC Run 2 data set.
