Abstract
Analysis of of the TOTEM Collaboration data, carried out without model assumptions, showed the existence of a new effect in the behavior of the hadron scattering amplitude at a small momentum transfer at a high confidence level. The quantitatively description of the data in the framework of the HEGS model support such phenomenon which can be connect with quark potentials at large distances.
