On dimension of the 2-multiplier of nilpotent Lie algebras

Abstract

This paper is devoted to the characterization of all finite dimensional nilpotent Lie algebras $L$ with $S^2(L)=0,1,2,3$, where we define $dim{\mathcal{M}}^2(L)=\frac{1}{3}n(n-1)(n-2)+3-S^2(L).$

Some of the work is already been done by another author as pointed out by them
