Indium Tin Oxide/Barium Strontium Titanate THz Sensor Antenna

Abstract
A Bow-Tie ITO/BST and Au/BST antennas were designed and analyzed using the finite element, Multiphysics COMSOL program. The study shows that the outputs peak at several modes and ITO antennas allow for the integration of the antenna with optoelectronic devices.
