arXiv:1808.04956

Abstract

Let be a finite simple undirected graph without components. A bijection is called a {\bf local antimagic labeling} if for any two adjacent vertices and , they have different vertex sums, i.e. , where the vertex sum , and is the set of edges incident to . Thus any local antimagic labeling induces a proper vertex coloring of where the vertex is assigned the color(vertex sum) . The {\bf local antimagic chromatic number} is the minimum number of colors taken over all colorings induced by local antimagic labelings of . In this article among others we determine completely the local antimagic chromatic number for the corona product of a graph with the null graph on vertices, when is a path , a cycle , and a complete graph .
